My name is Robert Jamett, and I am a multi-disciplined digital marketer with over 12 years of experience, including 4 years specializing in the cryptocurrency and NFT spaces. My diverse background spans the automotive industry, a digital marketing agency focused on residential and commercial services, and affiliate marketing for beauty, health, and financial services.

My areas of concentration include strategy, paid digital media, social media management, email & SMS marketing, branding, copywriting, product marketing, business development, and project management. Additionally, I have expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), community building, content marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and e-commerce.

Leading GameOn’s marketing efforts as the Director of Marketing, I am responsible for driving awareness, building communities, and increasing revenue for this next-gen fantasy sports gaming company. My role encompasses strategy, project management, and execution across content creation, social media management, email marketing, growth hacking, public relations, influencer marketing, and event marketing. 

By leveraging partnerships and innovative marketing tactics, I have played a pivotal role in GameOn’s expansion. Managing a team of five, I lead the strategic planning and execution of various marketing campaigns, fostering key partnerships with Arbitrum, OpenSea, LALIGA, PFL, Karate Combat, Kucoin, MEXC, and Gate.io. Additionally, I have collaborated with major Web3 influencers to amplify GameOn’s presence in the digital space.

  • Grew GameOn’s X following from 30k to 170k and Discord from 20k to 35k+.Increased email list by 100% within six months.
  • Spearheaded the $GAME token launch, achieving a 7x increase on launch day and generating over $6M in volume.
  • Developed and maintained partnerships with major Web3 industry players, enhancing GameOn’s market presence.

Forj, Polka Pets & Metaprints (Remote)

Digital Marketing Manager

October 2021 -December 2023

Hired as a Marketing Manager, helping spread awareness, building communities, and increasing the revenue of our cutting-edge projects and partnerships from Forj and PolkaPetWorld, both Animoca Brand subsidiaries.

By December of ‘21, I became an integral part of the Metaprints brand launch and our growth from 0 to nearly 40k followers on Twitter, leading to the expansion of my role and both the daily management and strategy of all three brands in conjunction with the team of six that I lead. 

This includes strategy, content creation,
social media management, e-mail marketing, press releases, SEO, SEM, AMAs, community activities and more.

Activations include our $PETS token for PolkaPet World, the launch of the Metaprints Genesis NFT collection, which successfully netted over $3.7M, and our ‘Monkeying Around’ experience in The Sandbox.

All three brands require my background in project management, business development and partner management involving Animoca Brands, Polygon, The Sandbox, Kucoin, Bandsintown, Phantom Galaxies and several other major crypto projects. Helped grow our Forj Twitter following from 45k to over 60k in less than one year.

Appointed as a media specialist, assisting in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for clients from various “blue collar” fields, both locally and nationally. Assignments revolved around both SEM & display/video ads, particularly on Facebook, Google, Bing and YouTube.

Supported the management team of an auto group with seven dealerships, as well as affiliate advertising agencies, in strategizing and implementing their individual marketing and advertising plans.

Assignments included monthly budgeting and reporting on more than $200k worth of marketing spend, assisting in social media management, SEM, content creation, website optimization and merchandising.

Senior Media Associate

July 2015 -January 2018

Brought on board as a Media Associate and later promoted to Senior Media Associate in July 2016. Main duties included the orchestration of background research on markets, competitive advertisements, and localized trends/information with a team of co-workers that I trained and supervised. With this information, we created websites, funnels, and digital marketing campaigns.

Tasked with media buying, mainly on social and display networks, as well as their optimization and reports regarding performance. This included analysis, A/B testing, budgeting, reporting, and optimization.
